Roller Player of Game One of Championship

It's hard to choose just one person for player of the game, when it was a complete team effort in the first game of the championship series. The score was 15-5 and was called in the 6th due to fog that was dissipating into the air.
Nearly all the position players for the Braves either scored or drove in runs last night in the thrashing of the Cotuit Kettleers at Doran Park and most of the runs took place in the first.
Cotuit pitcher, Andres Caceres (Connors State JC) started off the game in shaky fashion. He threw eight straight balls to walk the speedy combo of Pierre LePage (UConn) and Scott Woodward (Coastal Carolina). Both runners would advance the bases after a passed ball from the pitcher.
It's always a scary moment when you have to face the MVP of the League (Kyle Roller), especially when the stakes of the game are so high. Roller (East Carolina) drove in a pair of runs after a single that scored both Woodward and LePage. But the scoring wouldn't stop there.
After a Rob Segedin (Tulane) walk, Stefen Romero (Oregon State) drove in an RBI while breaking his bat in the process. Ben Klafczynski (Kent State) also garnered an RBI in the inning. Zach Macphee (Arizona State) had an RBI on a sacrifice fly and Pierre LePage added two more RBIs in the inning to put the Braves up by 7 after the first.
After Cotuit temporarily stopping the bleeding in the first, the Braves continued to come out swinging in the second. With the bases loaded, Kyle Roller knocked in another pair of RBIs which was followed up by a pair of RBIs from Segedin.
Bourne's bats would be pretty silent for two innings, but in the fifth Chris Wallace (Houston) doubled in Stefen Romero to put the team up by 15. It would be a difficult task for Cotuit to overcome this deficit.
Everyone seemed to have something to contribute, but the person that stands out as player of the game has to be Roller who had 4 RBIs of the night through six innings.
Technically, any member of the team deserved the honor of player of the game after last night's performance, but Roller did the most to contribute to the victory.
